Hello, my account email is [Seth.Ridings@Gmail.com]. My account worked at 6:28 AM on December 20th, 2025, and I lost access at 4:28 PM that day. I did not delete or deactivate my account. I have not received any emails or notifications from OpenAI about this issue, and I have checked all my folders, including spam, through January 2nd, 2026. I need my account restored so I can retrieve my previous chat history. Please review and advise.
