Hello,

My OpenAI account (email: [Seth.Ridings@Gmail.com) was working normally on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, between approximately 4:28 AM and 6:28 AM (writing my Celestial Dawn story). When I tried logging in again around 4:28 PM, I no longer had access and received a message that my account was deleted or deactivated.

I did not request deletion or deactivation. The only message I received from OpenAI was regarding mental health, and I have not received any other notifications by email (I checked all folders).
